Muhamad Al Azhari was previously Editor in Chief of GlobeAsia magazine and the Jakarta Globe, where he led coverage on business, politics, and international affairs. Before that, he worked as an economics journalist at Reuters, covering financial markets, macroeconomic policy, and breaking news. He started his journalism career at TRUST Magazine, which later became Sindo Weekly under the MNC Group. He also had experience as a partner in Pikiran Rakyat Media Network and co-founded Cyberthreat.id, a portal focused on cybersecurity issues.
